Find a DWW Professional

FAQ's

? Do DWW clients have to agree on everything?

    • Absolutely not! We have clients that readily agree on topics and clients that are opposed on every term.

? Can DWW services only be useful for a certain “type” of individual?

    • No, we work with EVERYONE; clients with or without children, living together or apart, clients who are financially secure making a great living or struggling to make it all work… There is no template!

? Is the only way to “win” in a divorce to go to “war”?

    • Quite the opposite actually, there is a growing sense in our culture of a deeply flawed divorce design that pits spouses and parents against one another, and essentially prepare for war as a first-choice option to get divorced. This is simply and wholly dysfunctional and in no way is it what we believe at DWW. The chaotic divorce never results in the desired outcome.

? Will we be able to have representation and or be able to have an attorney advise us?

    • Yes, our process contemplates that you may or will have representation and will certainly have ample opportunity for additional guidance and counsel from other advisors, including second opinions, outside attorneys, accountants, health professionals and your friends and family too!

? Will we be able to speak in private with a DWW divorce professional?

    • Yes, DWW professionals consult alone with individuals as well as with couples.

? What if we feel our matters are too complex for the DWW method?

  • Trust us, they aren’t! We handle all matters effectively; from the super simple to the highly complex. Our clients will sometimes have an amicable relationship, and it is also the case that our clients are not at all able to get along nor communicate without uncontrolled anger. We understand that relationships are dynamic. We are specifically experienced in communicating with our clients no matter how they express their hopes and needs.
